Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order in our Seattle-area studio. Orders ship within the time shown on the product page, usually three to seven business days after payment, by USPS with tracking sent to your email.

Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout.

If a package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, email info@elizaknox.com with your order number and we will make it right.
